공정거래 자율준수프로그램
(Compliance Program; CP)이란,
공정거래 관련 법규를 준수하기 위해 기업 자체적으로
제정·운영하는 교육, 감독 등의 내부 준법시스템을 의미합니다.

2025년 11월 3일부로 (주)파리크라상의 대표이사로 취임한 도세호입니다.
지난 2024년 9월 30일 당사는 공정거래 자율준수프로그램(Compliance Program)의 도입을 대내외에 공식 선포하며, 공정거래 관련 법규 준수 및 자율준수 문화 확산을 위해 CP시스템을 체계적으로 구축하였습니다.
또한 제과업계 최초로 글로벌 스탠다드 수준의 Compliance Program을 도입 운용하고 있으며, 2025년 4월 당사를 포함한 SPC그룹은 준법경영 선포식을 개최하며 전사적인 준법문화 정립에 대한 의지를 다시 한번 공고히 하였습니다.
본 대표이사는 당사가 자율준수 프로그램을 준수하며 공정하게 경쟁하고 법을 준수 하는 모범 기업으로 자리매김하고, 더욱 신뢰받는 글로벌 종합식품기업으로서 지속 성장할 수 있도록 아낌없는 지원과 노력을 기울일 것입니다.

It refers to an internal compliance system such as education and supervision established and operated by the company itself to comply with fair trade-related laws.

Dear Employees,
I am Do Se Ho. CEO of Paris Croissant.
On September 30, 2024, Paris Croissant officially announced both internally and externally the introduction of the Fair Trade Compliance Program, and has systematically established a CP (Compliance Program) system to promote compliance with fair-trade laws and to strengthen a culture of voluntary compliance.
Furthermore, as the first in the bakery industry, we have adopted and operated a global- standard Compliance Program. In April 2025, SPC Group, including Paris Croissant, held a Compliance Management Declaration Ceremony, reiterating our strong commitment to building a comprehensive compliance culture throughout the organization.
As CEO, I will ensure that our company establishes itself as a model enterprise that competes fairly and complies with the law through strict adherence to the Compliance Program. I will devote every effort to helping Paris Croissant continue its sustainable growth as a highly trusted global total food company.
I kindly ask all employees to regard Compliance and Legal Adherence as core values in your daily responsibilities, to fully understand the Compliance Program, and to strictly observe it so that no legal violations occur on the job. Thank you.

CEO's Commitment to Compliance and Support
The CEO publicly expresses a commitment to fair trade compliance and actively supports CP operations.
Appointment of a Compliance Manager
The highest decision-making body (Board of Directors) appoints a Compliance Manager, who is responsible for effective CP operation.
Creation and Utilization of a Compliance Handbook
Draft and utilize a handbook detailing fair trade laws and CP standards and procedures.
Continuous and Systematic Compliance Training
Conduct regular education for employees on CP standards, procedures, and fair trade compliance.
Sanctions for Violations of Fair Trade Laws
Employees violating laws are sanctioned based on the severity of the violation in accordance with internal regulations.
Establishment of Internal Monitoring Systems
Develop monitoring systems to prevent violations and report them to the Board of Directors.
Effectiveness Evaluation and Improvement
Conduct inspections and evaluations of CP standards, procedures, and operations, and implement improvements.

Establish and implement standards and procedures to ensure compliance with fair trade laws.
